The Committee on Government Organization moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Com. Sub. for House Bill 3450—H. B. 3450 -- A Bill to amend and reenact §29-22A-10 and §29-22A-10b of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, all relating to racetrack video lottery; providing for certain transfers to and from the Licensed Racetrack Modernization Fund; and specifying eligible purposes for recoupment of funds on deposit in facility modernization account within the Licensed Racetrack Modernization Fund.
